Climate weakness: Local plans for adaptation to climate change in provinces

ALGIERS- Local plans for adaptation to climate change and their implementation on the ground are currently being implemented in several provinces which suffering from  “climate weakness,” like Djelfa, Guelma, El Bayadh, M’sila and Sidi Bel Abbes, in coordination with the Ministry of the Interior and Local Authorities, said an official at the Ministry of the Environment.
