ARAV summons Director of “El-Hayat TV” channel

ALGIERS – The Audiovisual Regulatory Authority (ARAV) summoned, on Saturday, the director of the private channel “El-Hayat TV” to be present at its headquarters on Monday following the insulting statements pronounced by the former deputy, Noureddine Aït Hamouda at a program broadcast on Friday.

The program was aired by El-Hayat TV channel on June 18, 2021 and hosted by the director of this private channel with the former deputy, Noureddine Aït Hamouda, as a guest. This latter addressed insulting statements and attacked the national symbols of the State, pointed out the ARAV.
