UN determined to appoint new Personal Envoy for Western Sahara

NEW YORK-The United Nations are determined to continue their efforts to appoint  a new Personal Envoy for Western Sahara, said Spokesperson of the UN Secretary General, while referring to the “difficulties” met in filling such a high-profile position.
